The Fine Print
Once you book your seats and check out, you’ll receive an email receipt with an order and booking number. When you show up for your seating, just bring a copy of the receipt to show us (on paper or on a screen).
Seatings may be cancelled up to 2 days before the flight. If you create a customer account at checkout, you can cancel online by logging into your account. Otherwise you will need to email us. Canceled seatings will be refunded, less a $5 rebooking fee per seat. No refunds will be issued for seatings canceled less than 48 hours in advance.
