This website accepts online payment for special orders of ice cream products. Before submitting credit card information for any payment on this site, please make sure you read and understand these terms and conditions.

Ice cream special orders

Customers may purchase ice cream by the gallon or ice cream cakes, to pick up at our shop in downtown Durham. If a customer wants to cancel a special order of bulk ice cream or ice cream cakes, they should do so as soon as possible.

If the customer cancels before we’ve started production on their order, we will refund the price in full. If we’ve already started or completed an order, refunds are at The Parlour’s discretion.
