  We use a combination of double-fold Mexican vanilla extract and Madagascar bourbon vanilla paste for this classic flavor.

• Chocolate

  Made with cocoa powder and Callebaut chocolate.

• Cookies and Cream

  Vanilla ice cream with Oreo sandwich cookie pieces.

• Vietnamese Coffee

  Made with cold-brewed Bean Traders espresso beans and sweetened condensed milk.

• Salted Butter Caramel

  Made with butter, cream, and lots of coarse sea salt, this is our most popular flavor.

• Biscoff Pumpkin Caramel Cookie

  Cookie butter ice cream with chunks of housemade snickerdoodles and a pumpkin caramel swirl.

• Death by Chocolate

  Chocolate ice cream made with 66% dark chocolate and black cocoa powder, with brownies and fudge mixed in.

• Spiced Apple Crisp

  Homemade spiced NC apple butter ice cream with a crunchy oat streusel mixed in.

• Lemon Curd with Blueberry Swirl

  Tangy lemon curd ice cream with sweet blueberry swirl (local berries!)

• Banana Maple Walnut

  A sweet base of roasted bananas with pure organic maple syrup and pieces of toasted walnuts.

• Pumpkin Tiramisu

  Creamy mascarpone cheese and pumpkin ice cream with notes of espresso and Madeira wine, with spice-coated ladyfinger pieces mixed in.

• (Vegan) Pumpkin Spice Latte

  Made with pumpkin, espresso, and warming spices.

• (Vegan) Toasted Coconut Chai

  Our classic vegan toasted coconut ice cream with chai added to the base.

• (Vegan) Roasted Carrot Sorbet

  Carrots are roasted with fall spices until super tender, then puréed with mandarin orange juice to create a perfectly balanced and unexpected fall sorbet.
