We serve handmade ice cream in a variety of permanent and rotating flavors. Dairy-free options are always available.

Downtown flavors

The Parlour, 117 Market St.

  • Vanilla

    We use a combination of double-fold Mexican vanilla extract and Madagascar bourbon vanilla paste for this classic flavor.
  • Chocolate

    Made with cocoa powder and Callebaut chocolate.

  • Vietnamese Coffee

    Made with cold-brewed Bean Traders espresso beans and sweetened condensed milk.

  • Salted Butter Caramel

    Made with butter, cream, and lots of coarse sea salt, this is our most popular flavor.

  • Cookies and Cream

    Vanilla ice cream with Oreo sandwich cookie pieces.

  • Honey Lavender

    Lavender flower water, wildflower honey. This flavor will make you feel like you’re drifting through a field in Provence… or maybe that’s just us.

  • Brown Butter Birthday Cake

    A brown butter and vanilla ice cream with pieces of buttercream-frosted vanilla cake and lots of rainbow sprinkles. Gluten free!

  • Carrot Cake

    Spiced cream cheese ice cream with pieces of tender carrot cake. With pecans and currants in the cake, this ice cream is full of texture and flavor!

  • Dubai Chocolate

    Lighter than our regular chocolate ice cream to let the pistachio come through, this flavor is full of housemade Dubai chocolate bark (shredded toasted phyllo, pistachio cream, and dark chocolate)

  • Key lime pie

    Key lime pies are baked, chopped, and folded into fresh lime and vanilla ice cream. We recommend topping this one with lots of whipped cream.

  • (Vegan) Mocha Swirl

    Coffee and Chocolate “ice creams” swirled together (technically they’re non-dairy frozen desserts (coconut base for the chocolate, pea protein base for the coffee) that’s why it says vegan)

  • (Vegan) Tangerine Apricot Sorbet

    Bright and tangy tangerine meets sweet and smooth apricot for a warm weather treat.

  • (Vegan) Ube

    Our coconut cream base with ube – a Southeast Asian sweet potato that is earthy and nutty with notes of vanilla and a beautiful purple color.
