Special Orders

Want an extra-special ice cream cake for a special occasion? We can make one with at least 2 days’ lead time. We are not able to offer delivery, but you can pick up your order at our Market St. shop during open hours. Available pickup days will show up at checkout.

All special order items are stored in a sub-zero freezer. But keep in mind ice cream can melt quickly in warm weather and plan your pickup accordingly! We suggest keeping a cooler handy, and purchasing a small amount of dry ice for longer drives.

Ice Cream Cakes and more

All of our ice cream cakes are made to order. Every ice cream cake is available in 2 sizes and includes 2 layers of ice cream with additional fillings and decorations. Choose one of our creations, or customize your flavors and fillings. You can also buy ice cream sandwich packs, and check back here for limited edition ice cream pies

(gallons too!)

You can also order ice cream by the gallon for pickup. One gallon should serve 20–30 people.

Some notes on lead times

Minimum lead times are 2 days for cakes and 3 days for gallon orders. Our production staff is generally present around 8:00am–4:00pm Sunday through Friday. We will need to add an extra day if you order after 3:00pm and/or if your production time would include a Saturday. The site will calculate this automatically at checkout.

Also: if you choose “other” for a layer when ordering a custom cake, please email oc.ruolrapehtnull@nehctik or call the shop at 919-564-7999 to verify that your preferred flavors will be available. Production staff will usually answer the phone during “banker’s hours”. Production schedules can vary, so some of our listed flavors may be unavailable or require extra lead time. If we can’t make your order on time as submitted, we’ll contact you to discuss refunds or substitutions.
